- Protects children from falling out of the window and prevents a parent from being locked out on the balcony.
- After installing the safety device, you must press and hold the button on the side of the lock firmly to open or close the window. This is not particularly difficult for adults, but it is a sufficient obstacle for a small child.
- The safety device cannot prevent the window from remaining in the micro-ventilation position (i.e. when the handle is tilted at an angle of approximately 45 degrees, leaving a small gap).
- Installation does not require drilling holes or screwing.
- Once installed, the safety device moves the handle 6 mm away from the window. Before purchasing, make sure that the handle spindle is long enough to still engage with the window lock after installation.
